Pepe’s Piri Piri (Pepe’s) recently opened its 226th franchised store in the UK. We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Head Office team as Procurement Manager in Pepe’s Head Office.

The Procurement Manager role will have a heavy emphasis on analysing supply chain data, reviewing what each store is purchasing, forecasting product lines with manufacturers, and reporting to senior management on all aspects of the Pepe’s supply chain. The role will also be responsible for monitoring changes in food legislation and implementing changes across all Pepe’s stores, sourcing new ingredients and products for Pepe’s Limited Edition promotions and maintaining Pepe’s nutritional and allergen information. The role will report directly to Pepe’s senior management.

This is a full time, permanent role in Pepe's Head Office, based in Watford, working 5 days a week in the office. The salary is £60,000 p.a.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 7 years working within the food and beverage sector.
