This is an exciting field-based role within Pepe’s Head Office team. The key role of the Area Manager is to visit Pepe’s allocated franchised locations and undertake internal store audits and compliance checks, while ensuring stores are following all of Pepe’s operational procedures and policies. You would also be assisting Pepe’s to open new stores by supporting the head office team with franchisee training, producing accurate reports and working with stores to improve performance and Brand Standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Internal Store Audits and Compliance Checks: Visit Pepe’s stores in your region, following an agreed schedule to ensure each store is visited as required by Head Office.
- Complete Store Reports: For each store visit, complete a store audit report professionally and in line with Pepe’s operational procedures and policies.
- Training: Support Pepe's Head Office with franchisee training and store opening.
- Monitor Follow Up Actions for all Audit Reports: Ensure stores take action to resolve issues and respond to you in good time. Escalate any stores who do not take desired action.
- Operating Procedures and Policies: Communicate all Pepe’s Policies and relevant information to Franchisees. Be a primary point of contact for all franchisee queries and ensure resolutions to all Franchisee requests.
- Ensure all store marketing activities are implemented in each store each month.
- Collate all relevant information to maintain a record of all communications with franchisees.
- Work with the Head Office Operations team members to assist when required.
- Team Cover: Support Head Office field team when required, which may include covering Annual Leave, Sickness and any other absence.
This is an ideal first Area Manager appointment for current General Managers or Assistant Managers from branded QSR operations.
