Your mission
Support the Store Manager to maximise sales and profitability of the store through motivating the team to provide effective customer service.
What will your objectives be?
- Customer service
- Resolve customer inquiries and exceed store expectations.
- Supervise transactions at the cash register to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Supervise the team and prioritise all responsibilities to ensure that customer service has priority at all times.
- Establish sales objectives and provide feedback to the relevant sales personnel.
