All We Wear Group is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.

We are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to manage purchase orders, from creation in our system (SAP) through to ex-factory. This role involves tracking and ensuring on-time delivery of products in the ordered quantity for sampling and production.

What will the role entail?

  • Creating, placing and ensuring confirmation of Purchase Orders (PO’s) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Follow up with suppliers on PO’s; ensuring all orders are produced in time and according to agreed terms.
  • All order related communication with suppliers.
  • Maintenance in SAP of different fields in purchase orders (dates, quantities etc.)
  • Monitor delivery dates and production progress reports, identifying potential bottlenecks.
  • Interdepartmental coordination.
  • Ensure the best conditions are met to optimize our inbound flow / on-time deliveries.
  • Communicating delivery dates to key markets.
  • Generating reports for analysis and KPI tracking.
  • Make sure all relevant deadlines are met.
