The project! HR Business Partners are people centric professionals who aim to deliver a first class employee experience. By empowering our talent, we help the business increase its profitability and brand equity. Working closely with our business areas, they help implement the business strategy from a people perspective. They act as a strategic partner to the business by aligning people strategies with organizational goals, enabling high performance, nurturing a strong and inclusive culture, and supporting talent across the organization to drive performance and business growth. We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner based in London to join our team of HRBPs.

What will the role entail?

  • HR advise and support to assigned business areas: Being a link between the assigned business areas and the HR department to support the human resources processes that are required.
  • Develop solutions that allow each business area to comply with its strategy; Support and guide managers on employee relations, performance issues, and workforce planning.
  • Resolve labor doubts that involve employees in your business area.
  • Guarantee that each business area has efficient structures, as well as advising on the lateral movements, promotions, succession plans, when necessary to have them.
  • Advice to the assigned business areas to detect problems or conflicts in their teams and provide guidance in resolving them.
  • Lead and support talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
  • Participation in the last phase of the selection processes to align culture and values with the new incorporations.
  • Administrative management of corporate and retail processes (promotions, terminations, retirement, leave, etc.) and human resources communications to employees and managers (remote working policy, bonus communication, code of conduct, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as HRBP in the UK market.
  • University degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration, or similar is desirable.
  • Fluent in English. Spanish would be desired. French will be highly valued.
  • Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint.
