Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Customer experience: Attract and retain customers, paying attention to every detail and offering the highest quality service, reflecting the brand values.
  • Sales: achieve the commercial objectives of the shop and KPIs by transmitting the differential value of the brand to customers.
  • Shop operations: work as a team, carry out inventories, stock management, cash register, daily reports, among others, so that the point of sale runs smoothly.
  • Shop image: keep the shop properly ordered and up to date with the necessary products to offer to the customer.
  • Cultural fit: Care for and be part of a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role: Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail. English speaker, other languages would be a plus. Strong team player and commercial mindset.
