About the Role: The Tasker Operations team helps Taskers achieve their personal tasking goals using Taskrabbit. This includes onboarding Taskers seamlessly, nurturing them, ensuring that they are fully utilized and retained, and building satisfaction with the platform. We are proactive—helping Taskers before they realize they need support. These local‑level approaches result in higher quality, more retentive, and more affordable Taskers, supporting our overall marketplace strategy.
As a Regional Manager, Tasker Operations for Europe, you will be a close partner to the Senior Director of Tasker Operations, the Tasker Quality Team, and our country teams. You are a unique blend—a data person and a people manager—who enjoys coaching direct reports so they are effective and fulfilled. You will provide direction to ensure programs and tactical supply actions are executed well against market goals, while closely collaborating with Country Managers.
You are motivated by managing people and driving results, executing day in and day out. You are skilled at influencing cross‑functionally and explaining complex concepts concisely. You are data‑driven and capable of evaluating supply health metrics and the contributions of your team, connecting the dots between both to identify and execute actions that drive revenue and profitability in a win‑win fashion, fostering long‑term customer loyalty and retention. This role reports to the Senior Director of Global Tasker Operations and has matrixed reporting to the VP of Europe. This is a supervisory role.
What You’ll Work On:
- Manage the country Tasker Success Managers within the matrixed management framework and contribute actively to their development and progression.
- Directly manage two regional team members responsible for regional program execution, performance, and special projects.
- Set OKRs and provide regular feedback on team members’ performance; advise Success Managers on supply alignment plays and incentives to improve local fulfillment and retention of customers in Europe.
- Grow and deepen the Tasker Success Books of Business and contribute to the growth of European metros, increasing jobs, invoices, retention, and revenue.
- Define and set a strategy around European supply, including proven and new plays, programmes, and initiatives that leverage global best practices while considering local nuances.
- Maintain metrics and analysis of team performance, and provide regular reporting through written analysis and performance reports.
- In partnership with country Tasker Success Managers, track regional and local market analytics, evaluating key health metrics.
- Work with Country Managers to ensure that supply needs are met and Tasker Success activities align with country plans.
- Collaborate closely with global Tasker Operations team members and cross‑functionally with Country Managers, Partnerships, Marketing, and Product to action key market opportunities.
- Provide input to the global supply strategy, advancing functional knowledge and innovation across all markets.
- Support all European markets to reach an optimized maturity state where supply and demand are self‑fulfilling, realizing benefits of Taskrabbit’s global platform and achieving dominant market share and brand position.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Marketplace Operations, or similar fields, or a business unit with revenue and growth‑based goals.
- At least 5 years of direct and indirect people‑management experience, with a mindset of growth and coaching.
- Proficiency with data tools like Looker, Sigma, and/or SQL.
Compensation & Benefits:
At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent, and equitable. Total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks. The base pay range for this position is £70,000 – £90,000.
