Role Overview
This role focuses on guiding prospective learners through an end-to-end enrolment journey, ensuring they feel supported and well-informed at every stage. You will engage prospective students across multiple channels, provide clear and accurate information about programme offerings, and contribute to growing student numbers through effective consultative sales practices. Key Responsibilities
- Support prospective students by guiding them through each stage of the application and enrolment process
- Engage with leads through phone, email, and video within a structured contact strategy
- Use CRM systems to manage, track, and optimise the enrolment pipeline
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience with timely, professional, and supportive communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers for newly enrolled learners
- Clearly communicate the value, structure, and outcomes of available programme options

Requirements
- Demonstrated sales experience in high-value consumer services or similar environments with a minimum of three years in a dedicated sales role
