Role Overview

This role focuses on guiding prospective learners through an end-to-end enrolment journey, ensuring they feel supported and well-informed at every stage. You will engage prospective students across multiple channels, provide clear and accurate information about programme offerings, and contribute to growing student numbers through effective consultative sales practices. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication and sales experience who is motivated by helping learners progress in their careers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support prospective students by guiding them through each stage of the application and enrolment process
  • Engage with leads through phone, email, and video within a structured contact strategy
  • Use CRM systems to manage, track, and optimise the enrolment pipeline
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience with timely, professional, and supportive communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers for newly enrolled learners
  • Clearly communicate the value, structure, and outcomes of available programme options
  • Contribute to meeting enrolment targets through consistent activity and effective consultative selling
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold data integrity across CRM platforms
  • Participate in training and upskilling sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness

Requirements

  • Demonstrated sales experience in high-value consumer services or similar environments with a minimum of three years in a dedicated sales role
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication skills across phone, video, and written channels
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate data records
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience
