The AI Leadership Programme Tutor delivers a postgraduate-level professional learning programme focused on leadership in technology-enabled environments. This role is responsible for facilitating live online learning, supporting learner engagement, and assessing learner work, ensuring a high-quality and impactful learning experience throughout the programme duration.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver weekly live, synchronous online classes aligned to the programme curriculum.
- Facilitate regular live drop-in sessions to support learner questions and understanding.
- Guide and motivate learners through their learning journey using inclusive and engaging teaching approaches.
- Support social learning by actively contributing to and moderating online discussion forums.
- Ensure learner understanding of course content, key concepts, and practical applications.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback on learner project submissions.
- Grade learner assessments in line with defined criteria and academic standards.
- Collaborate with senior tutors and delivery team members to ensure consistency of learner experience.
- Work closely with learner support teams to promote engagement, progression, and achievement.
- Doctoral qualification completed or currently in progress in a relevant discipline such as management, technology, or organisational change.
- Demonstrated experience teaching, facilitating, or mentoring adult learners at professional or postgraduate level.
- Strong subject matter expertise relevant to leadership, technology, and AI-enabled organisational contexts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across digital platforms.
