We are seeking an experienced AI Leadership Industry Facilitator to support delivery within a high-impact AI Leadership programme. This role is fully remote within the United Kingdom and offers the opportunity to shape the next generation of AI leaders through applied industry insight and learner engagement.
Role Overview
The AI Leadership Industry Facilitator enhances the learner experience by bringing current, real-world AI leadership expertise into a structured online learning environment. Working alongside a Programme Delivery Manager within the Employer Group, you will deliver live webinars, guide social learning discussions, and provide individual learner support. This role is designed for a practising AI leader who is passionate about education, professional development, and supporting experienced professionals to apply AI strategically within their organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, industry-informed live webinars aligned to AI leadership and strategic transformation topics.
- Contextualise academic concepts through practical business use cases and real-world AI adoption examples.
- Facilitate online discussions within the learner community, encouraging thoughtful debate and application of key concepts.
- Respond to learner queries and provide timely, constructive guidance throughout the programme.
- Deliver one-to-one learner support sessions to reinforce understanding and support professional development goals.
- Motivate and guide learners to remain engaged and aligned to their objectives throughout the learning journey.
- Collaborate with programme tutors and delivery stakeholders to ensure balanced academic and industry feedback.
- Contribute insights on emerging AI leadership trends to enhance relevance and impact.
- Support a high standard of learner experience through professional, empathetic communication across digital platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of professional experience in leadership roles related to AI adoption, digital transformation, or strategic innovation.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI systems or solutions to solve complex business challenges.
- Current and in-depth knowledge of AI leadership, governance, strategy, and organisational implementation.
- Demonstrable experience teaching, mentoring, or facilitating adult learners at professional or Masters level.
- Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively in online or virtual learning environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to explain complex technical or strategic concepts clearly and concisely.
- Confidence facilitating discussions and building rapport with experienced professionals.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple learner interactions.
