Requirements

  • 8+ years working with backend technologies including Java and Java Frameworks
  • Web development with DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control)
  • Experience in security and identity management (IAM)
  • Proficiency in monitoring and logging
  • Knowledge of relational databases
  • Familiarity with server-side technologies
  • Experience in Agile methodologies
  • Problem-solving and debugging skills (desirable)
  • Networking knowledge (Subnets, Firewall, Load balancing, VPN configurations) (desirable)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP) (desirable)

We offer a contract position until the end of December 2026, with a competitive rate of £500 per day, inside IR35. Our office is located in Essex, conveniently situated between Brentwood and Basildon, and we support a hybrid work model, requiring 4 days a week in the office.
