A dynamic digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow through strategic advertising and social media marketing solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Ads Executive to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and help our clients achieve their business goals through Google PPC, Facebook (Meta), and Instagram advertising.

As a Paid Ads Exec, you will be responsible for managing and optimising paid search and paid social campaigns for a variety of clients. You will work closely with the team and clients to develop advertising strategies, ensure campaign performance, and drive business growth. This role will also involve keeping up-to-date with platform changes, creating detailed reports, and collaborating with our Design Team to create engaging ad visuals.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Client Account Management:
    • Manage client relationships, ensuring that clients' needs are met and their campaigns are performing optimally.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and performance reports.
    • Reinforce client relationships with the support of the Managing Director when necessary.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Oversee paid search (Google PPC) and paid social campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) for a portfolio of clients.
    • Conduct keyword research using tools like Keyword Planner and SEMRush to identify how potential customers search for products and services.
    • Create, manage, and optimise paid search and social media campaigns to drive traffic and maximise results.
  • Ad Creation & Optimisation:
    • Write compelling ad copy that achieves high click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
    • Develop advertising strategies, continuously testing and optimising campaigns to achieve the lowest possible acquisition cost.
    • Analyse campaign data and trends to make data-driven decisions for improvements and growth.
  • Reports & Analytics:
    • Prepare detailed performance reports and analyses for clients, providing insights and recommendations.
    • Present reports in meetings and share written communication to demonstrate campaign performance.
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Address and resolve any issues related to client accounts, which may involve communication with platform support teams.
  • Adaptation to Changes:
    • Stay updated on changes in advertising platforms, such as new features and policy updates, ensuring compliance and adapting campaigns accordingly.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Handle general administrative tasks, including sending invoices, monitoring ad comments, and checking in with clients for required updates.
  • Collaboration with the Design Team:
    • Develop ad visual and video ad ideas, collaborating with the Design Team to create briefs for their execution.
    • Perform daily check-ins with the Design Team to ensure the timely completion of ad visuals.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram advertising (or a strong willingness to learn).
  • Ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions.
  • A creative mindset to develop ad copy and visual concepts.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Desirable (not essential) Skills:
  • Experience with SEMRush or similar keyword research tools.
  • Experience with Google Ads certifications and Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager.
  • Knowledge of general social media advertising trends and best practices.
