We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Psychologist with a strong background in consulting, facilitation and learning and development. You will join our London based team of business psychologists passionate about optimising individual and business potential.
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, preferably from a consulting background, and be comfortable scoping, leading and facilitating assessment, personal effectiveness and leadership development programmes to a wide range of audiences (from early careers to mid and senior-level leaders).
In this role, you will design and deliver impactful learning experiences, apply psychological insights to drive individual and organizational growth, and deliver leadership development initiatives. You will also work on talent assessment initiatives that drive informed people decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate engaging workshops, leadership programmes, and team development sessions
- Design and implement evidence-based L&D and talent development interventions, aligned with business objectives
- Contribute to and lead talent assessment projects (e.g., psychometrics, 360s, development centres)
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement with credibility and impact
- Lead or support project management across multiple learning or assessment initiatives
- Develop thought leadership content (e.g., blogs, whitepapers, webinars) and contribute to marketing and brand visibility
- Translate psychological insights into practical business solutions
- Provide coaching feedback and insights to support development and performance
Requirements:
- MSc Degree in Occupational Psychology
- Strong facilitation and learning design experience
- Knowledge of talent assessment tools and methods

Peoplewise operates a hybrid working model based on individual and client needs. Our consultants beyond the M25 tend to be more home based while those more local tend to come into the office for 1 working day per week. In addition, travel is sometimes also required to our client sites located across the UK, with occasional international travel.
