Role overview: We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Business Psychologist with a strong focus on account management and facilitation to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled facilitator who combines psychological insight with business acumen to design and deliver engaging workshops, leadership development programmes, psychometric feedback and team interventions. You will work closely with mid-level and senior leaders and teams to create meaningful learning experiences that inspire change and enhance organisational effectiveness.
