Our client portfolio includes public sector clients like the NHS and the Environment Agency, as well as private sector businesses such as Lloyds Banking Group and Virgin Media O2.

During our sandwich placement year, you will take on the role of a Recruitment Coordinator. You will learn how to conduct professional interviews designed by occupational psychologists, support candidate communication, and assist with administrative tasks for our recruitment and graduate programmes. This role will give you insight into how organizations attract candidates in a competitive market and the behind-the-scenes candidate selection process.

Additionally, you will participate in our Business Insight Programme, gaining learning experiences from subject matter experts across our global business, covering HR Management, Commercial Awareness, and Creative Marketing.

We are seeking applicants who can commit to a full-time work placement (10 months, potentially extending to 12, 37.5 hours per week), based at our Bristol city centre office, working Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm, with regular work-from-home days. The placement will start in August/September 2025.
