We are ambitious for our clients and our business. As the Office Manager in our busy Finance & Commercial department, you\βll help us excel in our aims.
What you\βll do
Your organisational skills will make you ideal for this busy role, supervising administrative tasks that ensure smooth office operations. You\βll ensure a positive, efficient work environment, arrange repairs or renovations, and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment.
This role is based at our Tottenham Court Road office, with travel to other London locations to ensure consistent support across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Review, assess and update health and safety policies
- Arrange testing for electrical equipment and safety devices
- Support line managers with new employee inductions
- Coordinate with site managers, security, and cleaning staff
- Assist visitors, manage meeting spaces, and maintain a welcoming environment
- Purchase and stock office snacks and drinks
- Develop and oversee new procedures to improve efficiency
- Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
- Manage office costs, expenses, and budgets
- Handle postage processes accurately and timely
Who we\βre looking for
You should have experience in office administration, knowledge of health and safety regulations, and skills in managing budgets and facilities. Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications include GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths; A levels or similar in business administration or management are a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and attention to detail are required. Creative problem-solving and stakeholder liaising skills are also important.
Bonus points for experience in similar sectors, involvement in workplace compliance audits, process improvements, or familiarity with UK safety legislation.
