Customer Service Representative Location: Sywell, UK The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the accurate process of customer quotation requests for spare parts and service. Excellent customer service skills are crucial in this role to understand our customers’ needs with the drive to deliver and exceed their expectations. Handling all associated query management by phone and email. Producing quotations for spare parts and service in collaboration with internal teams. Close collaboration with Supply Chain, Commercial and Technical Support teams. A key interface for external and internal customers to ensure that they receive the best possible customer experience. Ensuring compliance and control guidelines are adhered to e.g. customer documentation, discounts, freight charges etc. Support the order handling team and the service manager. Undertake ad-hoc tasks as and when required. Previous work experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or engineering company ERP system knowledge (SAP preferred) Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Commercial awareness and customer focused Fluent English Bonus structures (depending on company and personal performance) Family friendly policies Pension: 4% employee contribution, 6% employer contribution Life Assurance: 3x salary (if not in company pension, then it is 1x salary)
