About the Role
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the accurate process of customer quotation and order requests, in line with our service offer. You will own the internal & external customers’ needs by proactively following up on responses and promised actions; act as a liaison between the customer and other departments to resolve customer queries like master data queries, supplier declarations and other; you are able to think quickly and creatively during these interactions to provide a good brand image and great customer experience. In addition, the role will cover the timely handling of all associated queries from customers. The role will involve regular phone contact with customers and the wider function teams to enhance customer experience.
About Your Responsibilities
- Management of customer communication via C4C (CRM system).
- Produce spare parts and simple component quotations.
- Co-ordinate with the technical teams to produce complex component quotations.
- Effectively manage the quote follow up process (within the defined thresholds).
- Create sales orders as per Customer Purchase Orders.
- Managing customer orders from placement through to shipment, providing accurate lead times and verifying pricing, credit memos and return authorization requests.
- Expedite orders and keep track of the logistics process and delivery management.
- Close working cooperation with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Commercial and Technical Services teams.
- Handle all associated query management by phone and email.
- Be a key interface for external and internal customers in Europe to ensure that they receive the best possible customer experience.
What You Need
- Understanding of the end-to-end Commercial process – Quote to Cash process.
- The ability to develop strong relationships with customers at all management levels.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work in a team-orientated fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment whilst remaining dedicated to service delivery.
- Proficient in all MS products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- English + French speaker.
