As a Copywriter, Art Director or midweight Creative Team, you are an exemplary thinker with the ability to create and deliver simple, powerful ideas across multiple channels. You’ll be entrusted with leading campaign development across the full breadth of the Armed Forces Recruitment Service — from defining master brand platforms to crafting targeted communications for specific roles and professions. Naturally curious, you thrive in a collaborative environment and fully immerse yourself in every brief you take on. Your work is insight-led but fuelled by imagination, experimentation and creative problem-solving. Not afraid to test and learn, you have a genuine appetite for innovation and enjoy pushing ideas further to unlock their full potential. You’ll develop a deep understanding of the target audience and the media landscape that best connects with them, producing work that cuts through, inspires and drives action. Who we’re looking for: With a passion for creating brilliant and effective work, you have proven expertise in copywriting and/or art direction. This is backed by a strong portfolio of work that showcases culturally relevant campaigns. Plus, you’re able to present and clearly communicate your ideas. You’re an active listener and can take on feedback from others. You’ll have resilience and great organisational skills to thrive in our fast-paced environment. You’re a team player who is passionate about encouraging others to achieve too. And you’re comfortable being self-managed and working independently. Prior agency experience is preferred. It would be nice to see a degree or equivalent qualification.
