The role
With the overarching aim of providing a knockout RPO delivery service, you’ll be at the heart of the action; delivering operational excellence and continuous improvement across one of our key accounts – a major player in the automotive industry. The Recruitment Operations Manager will create, develop and maintain relationships with the hiring community, stakeholders and senior sponsors, underpinning them with delivery of a best-in-class recruitment service. Acting as the escalation point for the RPO delivery team, you’ll be a conduit between our client services and EMEA delivery centre and operations, designing and implementing resolutions to ensure client satisfaction. The successful applicant will also play a key role in the development and growth of the account. Partnering with the EMEA Account Director, stakeholders and subject matter experts, you’ll help us turn potential opportunities into live operational RPO or TA solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Be the day-to-day contact across the account, establishing productive relationships with key client stakeholders of influence.
- Ensure all recruitment delivery meets and exceeds contractual performance metrics.
- Have a detailed understanding of the scope of work relative to your accounts, ensuring the delivery teams are operating within the scope of each contract.
- Drive weekly and monthly operational reporting, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting and effective invoicing across your accounts.
- Prepare and attend client review meetings, where you will own CI plans and ensure continuous improvement and efficiencies of all service levels.
- Develop your own and client’s understanding of PeopleScout’s broader talent advisory solutions (technology, marketing, branding, assessment and creative), enabling accounts to access these services.
- Ensure the recovery of PeopleScout revenues for services provided against each SoW; including agreeing invoicing schedules with clients and obtaining purchase orders.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for an accomplished recruitment specialist who has successfully led significant specialist delivery projects and shares our passion for producing bold recruitment solutions that will wow and delight our clients. You’ll be results orientated with a dual focus on service delivery for the client whilst maximising operational efficiency and identifying further growth opportunities. As such, we’ll expect you to be well versed in using data and analytics to drive operational performance, with a deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and candidate journey. Previous experience directly or indirectly managing dispersed recruitment professionals delivering into volume and specialist would be highly advantageous. This role requires a responsive, strategic and client facing individual, who will partner with key stakeholders to facilitate workforce planning and translate these into resource plans – across short, medium, and long term.
You’ll also:
- Need to be able to make recommendations on solutions both through formal presentations and written proposals – so you’ll have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Have experience of reviewing client processes, using data and metrics to identify opportunities to streamline and improve service levels.
- Be commercially savvy and financially astute, with the ability to prepare reports and statistics on recruitment activities.
- Possess knowledge and awareness of a wide range of sourcing technologies with an understanding of employment legislation and recruitment best practice.
