The role
We're looking for a Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our RPO team. Put simply, you'll be the person responsible for attracting the candidates for us to assess and hire on behalf of our clients whether through choice of message, platform or approach. This means you'll have the autonomy to decide, or at least strongly recommend, your own strategy and tactics. You'll be steering and influencing clients and stakeholders; using data, insights and market intelligence; driving commercial outcomes and ROI; and contributing to our Creative RPO thinking. As part of a company with genuine, full-service ad agency and RPO SMEs here, covering every facet of attraction and engagement, this is a real opportunity for someone looking to take on strategic, hands-on work to deliver the right quality and quantity of candidates for our clients.
The day-to-day
- Advise clients on routes-to-market and best use of media budget
- Liaise with the media and other third parties to purchase and leverage their products and market understanding
- Use talent and competitor data to inform your approach
- Back this up with performance data (whether from an ATS/CRM or an MI tool like Domo or PowerBI) and add the crucial βso whatβ commentary to these findings
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Manage annual budgets and work to quantitative and qualitative targets
- Ensure that your clients benefit from the consultative, partnership approach that you bring
In addition, you'll work with a like-minded team around you to provide support for ideation, shared best-practice etc.
Who we're looking for
You'll bring experience in recruitment marketing β whether in-house, RPO, media-side, or within a recruitment advertising agency β alongside a consultative mindset and strong commercial awareness.
You're comfortable working with data, influencing and presenting to stakeholders, and telling clear, compelling stories that connect attraction activity to hiring outcomes. Most importantly, you're motivated by delivering meaningful impact for clients and continually raising the standard of recruitment marketing delivery.
What's in it for me?
As a PeopleScout employee, you'll enjoy a wide range of company benefits, including:
- Potential to earn extra cash through our employee recognition scheme or our performance driven quarterly and annual bonus programmes
