TMP268 is a creatively strategic marketing agency, home to the Armed Forces Recruitment Service. Protecting the nation begins here.

And what does that mean for you? It means new challenges to rise to. Being encouraged and empowered to outthink at every opportunity. It means creating industry-first solutions, harnessing emerging tech, and realising AI's potential to create human connection. It means feeling valued for everything you bring. The role

We're looking for an Offline Media Manager to join our Media team in Bristol, playing a key role in planning, buying and delivering multi-channel campaigns for the Armed Forces Recruitment Service (AFRS). Working across channels including TV, BVOD, SVOD, radio, audio and print, you'll take ownership of offline and AV activity throughout the full media lifecycle. From responding to briefs and developing media plans through to campaign activation, optimisation and post-campaign analysis, you'll make sure activity is delivered effectively, accurately and within budget.

This is a highly collaborative role, working alongside colleagues across Media, Strategy, Data, Digital, Creative and Client Service. You'll use performance data and wider cultural and consumer insights to inform your approach, identify opportunities and help ensure our campaigns continue to deliver measurable results. You'll also keep a close eye on the detail, from technical specifications and calls to action through to the overall quality of campaign delivery. Staying connected to developments across offline media, emerging technology and changing consumer behaviour will be an important part of the role, helping us respond to new opportunities and evolving audience habits.

As an experienced member of the Media team, you'll also support and coach more junior colleagues, sharing your knowledge and helping them develop their technical and professional skills.

Who we're looking for

You'll have solid experience within a media agency planning or buying environment and a proven track record of planning and delivering successful offline campaigns. You'll be comfortable managing significant media budgets and confident working across channels such as linear and broadcast TV, BVOD, SVOD, radio and print. Experience of developing campaigns that effectively reach younger audiences, particularly 16–24-year-olds, is important, alongside the ability to use data and cultural insight to inform media decisions. You'll be familiar with offline planning tools and understand how to turn performance information into practical recommendations.

We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial and analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail. You'll be organised, able to prioritise effectively and comfortable collaborating with different teams to keep complex campaigns moving. An understanding of the wider digital media landscape and how offline and online activity work together would be a real advantage, as would experience of tracking and attribution.
