Are you an experienced recruitment leader with a passion for transformation and stakeholder engagement? We\’re looking for an Account Director who will lead a major resourcing and change programme for one of our global clients — an organisation known for its scale, complexity, and ambition.

This is a pivotal role, offering the opportunity to influence strategic workforce planning, shape recruitment excellence, and support a business going through an exciting period of growth and evolution.

The Role

As Account Director (On-Site), you\’ll oversee multiple complex recruitment and transformation workstreams, ensuring delivery excellence across all programmes. Reporting to the Specialist Client & Delivery Director, EMEA, and partnering closely with the Head of Talent, you\’ll build trusted relationships at executive and board level, providing expert guidance and strategic insight.

You\’ll bring structure, clarity and momentum to a fast-paced programme environment — applying robust project management principles to deliver innovative, data-driven resourcing solutions. With strong leadership capability, you\’ll develop a high-performing team culture that thrives on accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.

This role will be based on-site with our client.

Who we\’re looking for

You\’ll bring a blend of strategic thinking and operational excellence, with a proven ability to deliver complex recruitment programmes. You\’re credible, calm under pressure, and skilled at building relationships at the highest levels.

As a minimum, you\’ll need:

* Significant in-house or RPO leadership experience.

* Proven success in managing large-scale, multi-stream recruitment projects.

* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level.

* Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving capability.

* Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Ideally, you\’ll also have:

* Experience in Construction, Engineering or Manufacturing sectors.

* Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 or equivalent).

* Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience.
