You are reading this ad, so you are ready to outthink. To take your skills, knowledge and experience beyond what you thought possible. TMP268 is a creatively strategic marketing agency, home to the Armed Forces Recruitment Service. Protecting the nation begins here. And what does that mean for you? It means new challenges to rise to. Being encouraged and empowered to outthink at every opportunity. It means creating industry-first solutions, harnessing emerging tech, and realising AI's potential to create human connection. It means feeling valued for everything you bring. And work you can be proud to call your own, whatever your role.
The role: As our Digital Account Manager, you will have a real hunger to shape and deliver effective, meaningful digital projects. A digital native, you will be the guardian of knowledge and the go-to expert for all things digital. Supporting the Account Director and wider digital team, you will confidently lead the day-to-day management of digital and integrated projects — from website UX to multi-channel digital campaigns — ensuring consistency, quality and effectiveness at every touchpoint. As we are a full-service agency, you will work closely with strategy, creative and digital teams. You will confidently navigate requirements and transform objectives into clear, actionable briefs. Plus, you will ensure that communication is smooth and frictionless between digitally focused teams. With an acute eye for detail, you will manage information confidently up and down the chain, spotting issues early and resolving conflicts or queries quickly and calmly. Relationships will be central to your success. You will build trust and enthusiasm with clients and partners, becoming a confident, credible voice who brings clarity to complex digital challenges. Internally, your positive energy, organisation and collaborative mindset will help teams perform at their best, even in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. You will need to be comfortable multi-tasking, staying organised, and paying acute attention to the finer details. And you will show up with a positive, can-do attitude.
Who we are looking for: You are a digital enthusiast with experience in a full-service or digitally led agency, comfortable collaborating across planning, creative, digital and technology teams. You thrive in a dynamic environment, juggling multiple projects or integrated campaigns while staying calm, focused and detail-driven. A natural problem solver with a winning attitude, you are skilled at translating client goals into clear briefs and confident explaining technical or digital concepts in a way that inspires understanding and trust. You keep a curious eye on emerging technologies and evolving platforms, always looking for ways to push digital thinking forward. Highly organised and meticulous, you take pride in delivering work of the highest quality — and in bringing the best out of those around you. Experience with CMS platforms and digital workflows is essential, and familiarity with tools such as Adobe (AEM, Workfront, AJO), analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), personalisation campaigns, Pega, Sprinklr, or GDS and GSS processes is a bonus. A degree or equivalent qualification would be welcome.
What is in it for me? You are set to gain so much from being part of our team, including:
