As an Account Manager at TMP268, you are the engine that keeps everything moving. One of the most critical roles in the agency, you are the person who truly makes things tick. You are the guardian of all knowledge, the closest to the detail, and the constant point of connection that holds clients, teams and projects together.

Creatively driven and highly organised, you will be passionate about delivering memorable, effective creative. Operating within our full-service agency environment, you will work closely with Strategy, Creative and Digital teams β€” translating objectives into clear, inspiring and actionable briefs that set the work up for success. You will confidently navigate projects from start to finish, striking the perfect balance between pushing for the best possible creative outcome and maintaining a harmonious, supportive working environment.

You will build strong, trusted relationships both internally and externally, becoming the natural go-to for clarity, confidence and direction. With a deep understanding of every project, you will manage information seamlessly up and down the chain, ensuring nothing is missed and everything runs smoothly. You will spot issues before they become problems, resolve queries quickly and calmly, and bring structure to even the most complex pieces of work.

Your energy will be felt across the agency. You will bring positivity, enthusiasm and momentum to everything you do. A natural multi-tasker with an acute eye for detail, you will provide invaluable support to the Account Director and wider team while championing the work at every stage.

We are looking for someone who is a real people person with exceptional communication skills. Approachable and personable, you know how to build strong relationships and manage multiple stakeholders with confidence. A natural problem solver with a winning attitude, you bring passion for creative and a drive to get the best out of the team around you. You will have the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organisation and acute attention to detail, skills you have ideally gained from experience in an agency. It would also be nice to see a degree or an equivalent qualification.
