We’re expanding our Product team as part of our Fast Track to the Future digital transformation programme, and we’re looking for talented people to help shape the next generation of our platforms and services. We’re hiring Product Owners for 12 months, offering the chance to make a real impact at scale. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our transformation, solving complex problems and delivering products that reach millions of players across the Postcode Lottery Group.
What We're Looking For
- CRM product development and optimisation
- Large‑scale enterprise CRM implementations, ideally in complex, multi-market environments
- Driving end‑to‑end CRM capability improvements, including customer journeys, segmentation, automation and personalisation
- Working closely with technical teams to deliver CRM integrations, data flows and platform enhancements
- Salesforce experience would be a strong advantage
You’ll be accountable for defining product vision, prioritising work based on value, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, reliable and customer centric solutions. You’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that what we build today can evolve and grow with the organisation as future proof solutions. This Is What You Will Do
- Define product vision, and growth opportunities with the team.
- Create a roadmap balancing business value, vision and technical requirements.
- Define and create clear MVP products with your product team.
- Lead sessions around epic sizing, refinements or other ways to help prioritize and create a high standard of output.
- Ensure clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyse needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
- Work closely with value stream product managers and stakeholders to create and maintain product backlog according to business value.
- Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities within your value stream.
- Enable the team to have focused and productive sprints, for example by having prepared and prioritised tasks ready to be picked up and working with clear sprint goals.
Your Qualities
- Significant experience with product and/or project management
- Experience working with / and managing Agile / Scrum projects
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Understanding how requirements translate to technical solutions and product design
- Prior experience delivering high profile software, web or eCommerce projects in international teams.
- You get stuff done. You live and breathe an entrepreneurial attitude.
- You preferably set up, executed and successfully delivered end‑to‑end projects from scratch within an organisation, or had experience running your own company.

Our Group Product team designs and develops digital products that support the Postcode Lottery Group. In this team you'll work with everything from websites and mobile apps to internal tools that help our teams deliver great experiences. By working closely with colleagues across five countries and sharing technology and best practices, we build better products, faster. The team brings together four key areas: Product Management, Product Design, Agile Team Performance and Product Research. These areas and teams are all focused on creating intuitive, meaningful solutions with real impact.
