What you'll be doing:
- Step into a pivotal leadership role where you’ll shape the future of organisational resilience and operational excellence at People’s Partnership.
- As Head of Controls and Process Assurance, you’ll design and drive a robust control framework that keeps the business strong, compliant and future‑ready.
- You’ll champion continuous improvement, harness innovative technologies such as AI and automation, and ensure controls are clearly defined, consistently executed and owned across the organisation.
- This is a role with real influence—leading the way on operational resilience and Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) while building a culture of accountability, efficiency and smart governance.
- Develop and maintain a robust internal control strategy aligned with enterprise goals and risk appetite.
- Develop and execute comprehensive control testing framework and assurance programs to validate that controls operate as designed.
- Implement continuous monitoring mechanisms and key risk indicators (KRIs) to proactively identify control gaps.
- Coordinate the Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process across the organisation, ensuring it reflects current risks, control effectiveness, and business priorities.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives that enhance the control environment and reduce operational risks.
