What you’ll be doing: A talented and creative learning designer will work within our dynamic capability and culture team. This is a crucial role in designing learning solutions to support the performance of our Operations colleagues. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging and effective learning and performance support content, leveraging a variety of digital tools and techniques and traditional content creation. Collaborate with L&D team members, SMEs, and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop impactful learning solutions.
- Analyse learning needs and design effective learning solutions based on what will be most effective to achieve the intended outcome. Formats include: digital guides, e-learning, workshops, blended learning programmes.
- Developing engaging and interactive content, incorporating a variety of media formats including video, audio, text and interactive elements, preferably Articulate.
- Align learning content with business objectives, the needs of the target audience and with accessibility and brand requirements.
- Design virtual and in person training, supporting delivery as needed.

- Experience of applying adult learning theories within instructional design.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and other digital creation platforms preferably Articulate.
- Experience in developing engaging and interactive learning content.
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- A passion for learning and development and a commitment to continuous improvement.
