What you'll be doing: Join a dynamic and fast-paced function where you’ll play a key role in strengthening operational excellence. As a Quality, Controls & Regulatory Specialist, you’ll deliver high-impact first line assurance across the business, combining control testing, quality assurance, attestation, and calibration into a truly multi-skilled role. You’ll conduct thorough design and operating effectiveness reviews, lead structured QA sampling, and facilitate calibration sessions that drive consistency and quality. Using a sharp, analytical lens, you’ll provide real-time, evidence-based insights, ensuring controls are robust, compliant, and fit for purpose. Your expertise will help identify risks, uncover opportunities for improvement, and support teams in elevating control maturity and performance. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, training, and capability building, you’ll be instrumental in enhancing operational resilience and shaping a culture of quality and accountability.
- Perform design effectiveness reviews across operational processes.
- Conduct operating effectiveness testing using sampling and evidence validation.
- Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure consistent QA standards.
- Provide structured, real-time feedback to Team Leaders.
- Promote strong 1st line risk and control practices.
- Support RCSA maintenance and alignment.
- Build strong collaborative relationships across operational, risk, and assurance teams.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in control testing, including design and operating effectiveness assessments.
- Solid understanding of risk and control frameworks, including the Three Lines Model and internal control concepts.
- Ability to execute testing with accuracy, objectivity, and a disciplined assurance mindset.
- Strong analytical and data evaluation skills, including root cause analysis.
