As a Risk & Compliance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving high‑quality risk and compliance advisory support across key business areas. You’ll empower teams to proactively identify, assess, and manage risks with confidence, ensuring they operate safely, smartly, and in line with best practice.

Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance Advisory, you’ll act as a trusted and influential partner—strengthening governance, embedding risk and compliance into everyday decisions, and championing a positive, forward‑thinking risk culture across the organisation.

  • Provide clear, timely, and expert advice on risk and compliance matters to business leaders and teams.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Provide constructive challenge to ensure risk‑based decision‑making and regulatory compliance.
  • Support the Head of Risk & Compliance Advisory in preparing insight for governance forums as required.
  • Produce high‑quality reporting and insights on risk, compliance, and control effectiveness.
  • Monitor action plans, incidents, breaches, and emerging risks across supported areas.
  • Contribute to materials for senior leadership, Board reporting, and regulatory interactions.
