Head of Risk and Compliance Advisory – 6-month FTC
What you'll be doing:
- Provide leadership and direction to the risk and compliance business partners team, fostering a culture of ethical conduct and risk awareness.
- Collaborate with business units to address risk-and compliance related issues and provide guidance on mitigating risks to avoid and delimit risk crystallisation.
- Provide clear, timely, and expert advice on risk and compliance matters to business leaders and teams.
- Support the identification, assessment, and management of risks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across risk frameworks, reporting, and processes.
- Act as a point of escalation for key risks, emerging themes, issues and incidents and breaches.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a senior risk management or related role, with a focus on risk mitigation through business partnering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex business and risk requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
