Overview
What you'll be doing:
- Reporting to the PMO Manager, the PMO Analyst is to be embedded within the change portfolio to enable the successful delivery of projects, workstreams and the wider portfolio.
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers in the production of project products and reporting, ensuring that the relevant standards for the delivery process are met.
- Produce governance reports and M.I. to provide oversight of projects and workstreams within the change portfolio, reporting to governance groups and senior management as required.
- The post holder will be expected to work across all workstreams and line management boundaries to ensure effective and successful delivery of the portfolio.
- Review project templates, updating and version controlling as appropriate.
- Enable robust planning, risk management, reporting, project accounting and change control across all projects and workstreams.
Qualifications
- Previous experience of working in a similar role either in a programme or PMO environment.
- Works on own initiative and communicates effectively as a team member.
- Ability to challenge delivery partners to provide assurance on their progress against delivery plans.
- Able to analyse information and present in a clear and accurate manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to write formal and factual reports, identifying key issues.
- Works towards tight deadlines whilst working to multiple and conflicting deadlines.
- Understands the issues facing the business in the wider context.
