What You'll Be Doing
The Product Manager in the Commercial Proposition Team is responsible for shaping and delivering customer-centric enhancements to The People’s Pension, translating business objectives into prioritised product opportunities, aligning stakeholders, and working across teams to ensure strategic, commercially viable, compliant, and value-driven outcomes for members, employers, and intermediaries.
- Drive product innovation by identifying, evaluating and prioritising opportunities through data analysis, customer insights, market research and horizon scanning.
- Champion and communicate the Product Vision, Strategy and Roadmap, providing clear direction and context to stakeholders across the business.
- Collaborate with Digital, Technology, Customer Experience, Marketing and Business Development teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and enhance end-to-end journeys.
- Own and oversee product opportunities from concept to delivery, managing risks, measuring outcomes, reporting value and ensuring business objectives are achieved.
