Looking to kickstart your career in HR? Our People Team Graduate Programme offers hands‑on experience, real responsibility, and the opportunity to shape your future from day one. Over two years, you’ll gain a well‑rounded experience across the People function while working towards your CIPD qualification, setting you up for a successful and meaningful career in HR.
What you will be doing:
- In your first 15 months, you’ll be embedded within our People Shared Services team, where you’ll:
- Build strong foundations in HR operations, systems, and processes
- Support onboarding and deliver a brilliant new starter experience
- Manage and maintain accurate people data
- Produce and analyse People MI, data and creating dashboards and sharing insights
- Support payroll processes and ensure data integrity
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries across the business
After this, you’ll choose to rotate through other areas of the People function, such as:
- Reward
- Talent Acquisition
- People Development
- Internal Communications
- Social Purpose
Across each rotation, you’ll contribute to real projects, build relationships across the business, and develop a broad understanding of HR.
