The primary purpose of this role is to provide effective and efficient delivery support to the Head of Operational Excellence, while driving the Customer Engagement and Customer Solutions agenda. The Operational Transformation Manager will lead key operational initiatives, coordinate internal meetings, and support the development of internal presentations. A key aspect of the role will be to continuously review and update the operational roadmap, as well as provide programme oversight to ensure alignment with wider business initiatives. You will play an integral role in delivering a high-performing operational transformation function that meets the needs of People’s Partnership and its associated third-party organisations. Working within established processes and standard operating procedures, you will actively contribute to achieving the overall objectives of the Operations function.
- Stakeholder & Benefit Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across initiatives, while supporting effective benefit planning, tracking, and realisation.
- Culture, Engagement & Communication: Contribute to culture and engagement initiatives, help build internal capability, and deliver clear, timely communication to support operational delivery and change.
- Governance & Compliance: Promote and ensure adherence to internal processes, policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong project management capability, with end-to-end delivery experience.
- Experience in business operations or financial services environments desirable.
- Demonstrated success supporting leadership, including facilitating workshop sessions, managing governance cycles, and overseeing confidential workstreams.
- Experience in risk governance, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
