What You’ll Be Doing

The Head of Analysis and Architecture is a senior leader responsible for setting and overseeing the organisation’s architectural strategy, ensuring initiatives align with business goals, and leading the analysis and enterprise architecture functions to deliver strategic programmes and change effectively.

  • Provide strategic leadership for Analysis and Architecture functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the overall change portfolio.
  • Define and drive best practices, standards, and processes for analysis and enterprise architecture across the organisation.
  • Lead, manage, and develop Business Analysis and Architecture teams, including mentoring and resource planning.
  • Oversee technology evaluation and innovation to shape future-state architecture and strategic direction.
  • Ensure effective initiation, governance, and delivery of change initiatives in line with quality, scope, and timelines.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and strong stakeholder engagement across the business.
  • Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships to support successful project delivery and organisational outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to define and align architectural and analytical strategies with business goals
  • Proven skills in the management of multi-disciplinary teams, influencing senior stakeholders and communicating complex technology issues and concepts in simple terms
  • TOGAF certification (or similar)
  • Project or programme management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2 or MSP)
  • Agile certifications (e.g. Scrum Master)
