About the Scheme
Across the two‑year programme, you'll rotate through different areas of Risk & Compliance while delivering projects that modernise how we work. Your core mission throughout the scheme is to challenge the Risk & Compliance function through AI, data and automation.
What You’ll Do
- Improve how we capture and use data.
- Modernise and automate elements of our reporting.
- Enhance dashboards and digital tools.
- Test and embed practical AI solutions.
- Streamline workflows and challenge outdated processes.
Who We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate with a 2:1 in Data, Analytics, Business, Economics, Policy or similar fields.
- Passionate about AI, automation, data analytics or digital innovation.
- Curious, confident, and comfortable challenging how things work.
- Effective communicators with strong problem solving skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
- Interested in how risk, compliance and governance support our financial services.
