What You’ll Be Doing
This is an opportunity for a cloud engineer to join the growing Platform Engineering team where you will support the organisation’s platforms by administering, maintaining, and optimising Azure technologies.
- Azure Management & Optimisation
- Produce low-level design documentation, based on the provided high-level designs.
- Deliver cloud-based resources and services that implement the low-level designs.
- Ensure delivered solution follows defined design process and company governance procedures and processes through design reviews.
- Security & Compliance
- Maintain auditing, security controls, and compliance with data protection policies.
- Support encryption, access control, and remediation of security findings.
- Automation & Documentation
- Support deployment and release processes through established CI/CD workflows.
- Keep documentation accurate and current.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive Bicep experience
- Deep Public Cloud expertise, including IaaS, PaaS, Serverless, Microservices, Essential SaaS - particularly Azure.
- Experience in implementing robust cloud solution architectures selecting appropriate services based on workload requirements (across storage, compute, networks, security, monitoring, automation, data, IaaS, PaaS, managed services, Serverless, Microservices, etc.).
