What you'll be doing:
- As Brand Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our external presence.
- You’ll plan, deliver and optimise high-impact brand activity across paid, earned and owned channels, leading end-to-end campaigns that grow brand awareness, consideration and positive sentiment.
- From overseeing media strategy and budget allocation to using data, insights and tracking studies to refine performance, you’ll ensure every campaign is purposeful, measurable and aligned to our strategic goals.

- Develop and deliver the organisation’s external brand awareness strategy, ensuring all activity enhances brand recognition, trust and consideration.
- Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of integrated brand campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Translate brand strategy into clear campaign briefs, ensuring activity aligns with brand positioning and business objectives.
- Work closely with the organisation’s strategic Brand Agency, acting as the primary day‑to‑day contact and ensuring work meets expected standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in managing brand awareness campaigns across ATL, digital, social and other media channels.
- Strong understanding of media planning and buying, including working with media agencies and managing campaign budgets.
- Experience working closely with creative and strategic brand agencies, including briefing, evaluating creative concepts and providing clear, constructive feedback.
- Demonstrable ability to manage and optimise brand media budgets, ensuring investment aligns with strategic goals and delivers measurable ROI.
- Experience using brand tracking, market research, campaign analytics and insight tools to measure brand performance and inform decision-making.
