What you’ll be doing:
- Our Customer Services team is the frontline of our business, delivering outstanding support and tailored solutions to our customers throughout their journey with us.
- You’ll make informed decisions, ensure compliance, and help us meet key service standards and SLAs — all while working collaboratively with a supportive team.
- Manage and assess death, ill health, and accident claims across a range of products, delivering a professional and compassionate service.
- Use active listening to understand customer needs and gather all necessary information for accurate claim assessment.
- Support colleagues daily by sharing knowledge, resolving queries, and maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external parties like solicitors, employers, and local authorities.
- Stay up to date with relevant legislation and regulations (e.g. FCA, HMRC, DWP) to ensure full compliance and minimise risk.

- Solid understanding of Financial Services, Workplace Pensions, Master Trusts, and Automatic Enrolment regulations.
