This includes working closely with Investments to ensure the investment strategy continues to meet customer needs as part of all products developed within in the overall proposition.

Ensure the needs of the customer are central to all our propositions; this role must ensure this focus is maintained throughout the development processes. At the same time, business objectives, such as efficiency and risk management must also be factored in to the final solution.

Proven experience of leading on proposition or product development, acting as the business owner in all aspects of the life-cycle. Proven experience of managing delivery of small propositions and enhancements; and working as part of a wider project team. Evidence of working with senior business stakeholders and sponsors to gather and assess their requirements. Ability to identify and assess different options and decide upon the best course of action which will need to stand up to minute scrutiny and challenge from numerous stakeholders (e.g. financial, time, cost, customer experience, research and insight, product technical, marketing, employers, advisers, trustees, legal, regulatory, TCF, etc.) Ability to articulate proposition business requirements in a logical, unambiguous way.
