What You'll Be Doing
- Acts as the single point of accountability for Dayforce, ensuring the system supports the business, not constrain it. Providing strategic ownership, cost control, risk reduction, metrics reporting and continuous improvement capability.
- System Maintenance and Stability such as day-to-day system health monitoring, issue investigation, root-cause analysis, and resolution and payroll and WFM configuration checks to prevent errors.
- Data integrity and reporting.
- Release Management and System Updates (Review Dayforce release notes and assess business impact, coordinate testing, regression checks and sign-off, manage deployment of new features and fixes, communicate changes clearly to stakeholders).
- Configuration, Integrations and Enhancements (Build and maintain configurations across HR, Payroll, WFM, Benefits and Talent, build and maintain integrations with interfaces such as Power BI, Service Now).
- Act as the bridge between business teams and technical system design.
- Expert Power BI and Excel user to ensure alignment with the finance and in-house reporting teams dashboard production.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience administering and supporting Dayforce enterprise solution.
- Strong functional knowledge across HR, Payroll and Workforce Management, with experience operating in a live payroll environment.
- Demonstrated experience in day-to-day system monitoring, issue investigation, root cause analysis and resolution.
- Strong background in data integrity, reconciliation and reporting, including investigating and resolving reporting discrepancies.
- Hands-on experience building, scheduling and maintaining system reports.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong capability using Power BI, with experience aligning outputs to Finance and internal reporting teams.
- Experience managing system releases and updates, including reviewing release notes, assessing business impact, coordinating testing and supporting sign-off.
- Experience maintaining system documentation, supporting audits and operating within change control and governance frameworks.
- Recognised as a go-to system expert, able to support complex queries across People, Payroll and IT teams.
