Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, mobilisation, and delivery of an end-to-end approach, managing a cohort of complex claim cases. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the role will establish a scalable operating model, oversee cross-functional delivery, and ensure strong governance, compliance, and customer outcomes. Acting as a key support to the Customer Service Directors, the Business Manager will drive strategic planning, coordinate high-volume case activity, and lead the development of a temporary delivery team, ensuring successful implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in project/programme management with end-to-end delivery
- Demonstrated success supporting senior leadership, including facilitating strategy sessions, managing governance cycles and overseeing confidential workstreams
- Experience in Risk Governance, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement at all levels
- The ability to manage complex projects from start to finish
- Strong data analysis and visualisation skills
