Parts Advisor

Overview

This role will provide support to both the Service Team and the Parts Department as a Parts Advisor. This role will be the link between our customers and the workshop. If you have a passion for customer service, have a desire to deliver the highest quality of customer care and enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same then this could be the role for you. As a Parts Advisor your role will include undertaking the receiving and processing of telephone, face to face and internet orders whilst ensuring that customer accounts are managed effectively. You will be responsible for the picking of parts and packaging them in the Dealership as well as supporting in stock control processes and will process vehicle parts and log inventory.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process telephone, face-to-face and internet orders while ensuring customer accounts are managed effectively.
• Pick parts and package them within the Dealership.
• Support stock control processes and log inventory.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A minimum of 2 years as a Parts Advisor in an automotive role is essential
• A strong focus on attention to detail
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service
