We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Livingston team as a Senior Service Advisor. As a Senior Service Advisor you will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Service Front of House function. Our Service Advisors are an integral part of the customer experience, acting as the first point of contact for all Service customer enquiries and face to face interactions. The link between our customers and the workshop. Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers to the Dealership and ensuring a smooth customer journey from start to finish.
- The efficient handling of customer service calls, including pricing information, relaying technical information, making customer appointments and providing updates on vehicle repair completion times.
- Understanding repair requirements and being able to explain these clearly to customers to empower the customer to make the best decision for them.
- Delivering a world-class customer experience to every customer and in turn supporting our commitment to the Customer Viewpoint Programme and generating positive customer reviews through our social media channels.
What You’ll Have
