The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

As our Sales Performance Coach, you will be responsible for designing and delivering structured Sales training programmes and 121 continuous coaching to support and drive the performance of our Vehicle Sales Teams. This is a role that is impactful and genuinely contributes to the profitability of the business. It is striving for continuous improvement across every element of Sales. You will work hand in hand with the sales teams including management to ensure new starters receive effective onboarding and that existing team members continue to develop their skills and performance.

You will help develop key skills across the sales teams including sales communication, enquiry management and prospecting, objection handling, maximising selling, customer engagement and closing techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver structured sales training and onboarding programmes for new starters
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development for existing team members
  • Train Sales Teams in outbound calling, lead generation and call structure
  • Train Sales Teams in inbound call handling and expectations
  • Actively train and coach sales executives on selling, demonstrations and closing techniques
  • Support sales managers to drive upselling skills and KPIs
  • Conduct call coaching
  • Support the development and activities within sales driven by sales phraseology, processes and best practices
  • Continually look for areas of improvement to ensure we have a world-class, customer centric approach across our sales teams.
What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in both training and coaching sales teams, ideally within an automotive environment. We want someone who knows how to develop sales skills, to influence sales performance and to drive this constantly.

Essential
  • Experience training sales teams
  • Experience in the Automotive industry is essential
  • Strong understanding of sales environments
  • Ability to coach objection handling, communication and closing techniques
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
