Reporting to the Group Sales Director, the Group Head of Used Car Sales will be responsible for implementing the Used Car Sales Strategy for the Group across our 6 locations. This role will support the Group Sales Director in contributing to high-level decision making and long-term planning to ensure the Used Sales Function exceeds KPIs and delivers year on year growth.

- Leading, developing and executing the Used Car Sales strategy to drive performance, growth and revenue.
- Leading the Used Car Sales Departments to ensure the team exceed volume and profit KPIs including the sale of add-on products.
