Responsibilities
- Carry out diagnosis, repairs and servicing to the highest standards.
- Diagnose system faults and rectify, replacing components and returning vehicle systems to manufacturer specification.
- Deliver and maintain high levels of quality and excellent customer service at all times.
- Observe safe working practices of self and others.
- Liaise with colleagues and supervisors for over and above work specified.
- Check level and quality of work through diagnostic equipment and road testing vehicles after work.
- Complete relevant service documentation (Job sheets, PDI’s, service reports) in line with warranty and Dealer requirements.
What You’ll Have
- A full UK driving licence.
- Minimum of 3 years’ current experience in a service, maintenance and repair Technician role.
- A relevant industry qualification.
- Ability to deliver 5-star customer service on every occasion.
- Ability to manage your own workload and work well as part of a team.
Working Patterns
We offer a range of shift patterns: standard Monday to Friday, early start/leave early, or condense hours into 4 days – whatever suits you.
