Are you an experienced CPC Holder Transport Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? A well-established transport company in the South East is seeking a proactive and highly motivated Transport Manager to oversee compliance, operations, and fleet efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Ensure full compliance with Operator Licence obligations and industry regulations.
✔ Manage and optimise the company’s fleet operations, ensuring safety, cost efficiency, and legal compliance.
✔ Lead and develop a team of drivers and transport staff, promoting best practices and high service standards.
✔ Conduct compliance audits, manage tachograph analysis, and ensure vehicle maintenance schedules are adhered to.
✔ Work closely with senior management to improve operational efficiency and implement strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements:
✅ CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) – National/International (Essential)
✅ Proven experience in transport management, preferably within a fast-paced logistics or haulage environment.
✅ Strong knowledge of UK transport laws, vehicle compliance, and FORS accreditation (preferred but not essential).
✅ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
