Ready to take the next step in your marketing career? I'm recruiting for a Senior Marketing Executive to join a large, growing international business with operations across the UK and Europe. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who enjoys variety, has a real passion for digital marketing and wants to make a genuine impact. You'll be joining a small but busy Group Marketing team supporting multiple businesses across the UK, Germany and France. There's plenty happening, lots of opportunity to get involved and genuine scope to develop your career towards Marketing Manager level.
We're looking for someone who already knows their way around marketing. Someone who can bring ideas, get stuck into campaigns and confidently manage their own workload without needing lots of direction.
The role
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you'll play a key role in delivering marketing activity across the Group, with a particular emphasis on digital marketing, search and lead generation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, delivering and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, email and social media.
- Supporting SEO and evolving search strategies, including AI-driven search and emerging technologies.
- Managing website content, landing pages and digital improvements.
- Supporting B2B lead generation campaigns, working closely with commercial and sales teams.
- Creating engaging content for websites, campaigns, social media and marketing materials.
- Coordinating creative projects, working with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Supporting marketing activity across the UK and European businesses.
- Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve engagement, conversions and ROI.
You'll also get involved in wider marketing projects, events and exhibitions, so it's a role that offers plenty of variety.
About you
We're looking for a genuine marketing all-rounder, but with particularly strong digital marketing experience. Ideally, you'll bring:
- A few years of solid, hands-on marketing experience, ideally at Marketing Executive or Senior Executive level.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing, particularly SEO, paid search and campaign management.
- An interest in how AI is changing the digital marketing landscape.
- Experience creating content and managing marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery.
- Strong organisational skills and the confidence to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- A commercial mindset, with an understanding of how marketing supports lead generation and business growth.
- A proactive approach, plenty of initiative and the confidence to contribute your own ideas.
A few added bonuses! Experience with Adobe InDesign or other graphic design tools would be particularly welcome. Equally, if you speak French, we'd love to hear from you!
We're open to candidates from both agency and in-house marketing backgrounds, and you don't need experience in a particular industry. We're much more interested in your marketing skills, attitude and potential.
Why consider this opportunity?
This isn't a role where you'll be doing the same thing every day. You'll have exposure to a wide range of marketing disciplines, work with colleagues across different countries and have the opportunity to influence how marketing is delivered across a growing international business. With plans to bring more digital marketing activity in-house, there's also real potential to develop your skills, take ownership of new areas and progress your career.
Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience
Location: Runcorn, with potential for hybrid working depending on experience and business requirements.
If you're an experienced Marketing Executive looking for that next step, or already operating at Senior Executive level and fancy a new challenge, I'd love to hear from you. Apply with your CV or get in touch for a confidential conversation.
